Additional charges will apply if the shipment location is outside the lower 48 states. All shipments are sent by Ground UPS - this means no PO Box addresses should be submitted with your on-line order. * Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Policy iTools Company will honor full refunds within 30 days of the original purchase. To qualify, all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging as well as any other additional needed packaging in order to protect the shipment from any damage while in transit. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Some items are subject to special return policies. GiftCards cannot be returned for refund. There are no returns on videos or DVD's. Returns after 30 days will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. There are absolutely no returns after 90 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. * Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be approved by iTools Company and must arrive with a company issued RMA Number. Merchandise cannot be returned to a trade show for credit or exchange. If a return shipment is received damaged at iTools Company we will inform the customer of the problem. It is then the responsibility of the sender to initiate a "damage claim" with the appropriate carrier. Exchange Policy Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please email customer service and we will provide you with information necessary (RMA Number)for the return or exchange. If you would like to exchange any of the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days from the order date on your invoice. Open CD-ROMs, videotapes, or DVD's may not be exchanged unless defective or damaged. Freight charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged. Open CD-ROMs, videotapes, or DVD's will be replaced with same title only. For Router Tables, Table Saw Extensions, and Floating Tables: iTools Company makes every effort prior to packaging tables that they fall within specifications for flatness. All mentioned tables should be stored in a flat position if not yet permanently mounted. Tables stored in a leaning position can result in bowing of the table and therefore not covered under iTools Company Exchange Policy. Should you feel that a table does not meet specs for flatness, it is customer's responsibility to return the item in question, or show proof of the defect with non-altered photographs. iTools Company will not exchange any Router Tables, Table Saw Extensions, or Floating Tables without first receiving the defective items in question from the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to return products for exchange. |
