Everything you every wanted in a router table is finally here! The iTools Company Router Table features the award winning
SmartFence on a 3/4" Solid Phenolic table top, and 3/8" Solid Phenolic router plate insert (#RP-60)that includes three Tab-loc rings
for reducing the size of the opening. The three rings for reducing the size of the 3-5/8” router bit opening is a blank ring which
is used when initially drilling RP-60 to match up to your router’s hole pattern. The second ring has a 2” opening which is used
for larger bits such as chamfer or roundover bits. Lastly, included is a ring for accommodating standard template guide bushings.
Also included is a starter pin for freehand routing operations.
This center mounted router table utilizes a standard 3/4" miter track for featherboards and hold down clamps. SmartFence features a patented dovetail slot for use of hold down featherboard (#FB-1), Vertical Push Fixture (#VPF-2), Stop Block (#SB-1), Fence Raiser (#SF-P32). All Jointech accessories are fully compatible with the iTools Company Router Table System. In fact, the table top is pre-drilled for the Heavy Duty Steel Leg Stand (#RTL-24). Experience all of the features that SmartFence has to offer. Built-in dust collection with vacuum port located on the outfeed side of the fence completely away from the working area. Zero Clearance Profile Inserts lock into the infeed and outfeed sliding sections. This will eliminate dive-in and dive-out for much better results. Edge Jointing capabilties are easy with the SmartFence adjustable indexing rods. Incremental in 1/64" settings makes setup precise and fast. Returning fence faces to parallel is as simple as setting the rods to the zero position - no hassling around with a straight edge. SmartFence incorporates a vacuum on the face of fence. When connected to your vac system, the suction generated through Smartfence will help keep workpiece up against the fence while passing the cutter, ideal for cutting veneer. This is a top-of-the-line, proven fence system in the woodworking industry. Its made from 100% anodized extruded aluminum, it's much stronger and better designed than a typical MDF table and fence.
