Router Plate Inserts

This is the finest phenolic router plate on the market today. RP-60 is made from 3/8” thick phenolic and measures 9-1/4” x 11-3/4”. It will fit any of Jointech’s router tables or SawTrain extension tables. RP-60 uses 8 vibration resistant plate leveling screws to precisely level the plate to the router table surface. The inserts rings use the exclusive Tab-Loc™ system which require only a simple twist using the included wrench for securing the ring into the router plate opening. Once the ring is secure in the plate, it is perfectly level to RP-60 surface eliminating any chance of binding when pushing stock over the cutter.

RP-60 includes three rings for reducing the size of the 3-5/8” router bit opening. One ring is blank which is used when initially drilling RP-60 to match up to your router’s hole pattern. The second ring has a 2” opening which is used for larger bits such as chamfer or roundover bits. Lastly, included is a ring for accommodating standard template guide bushings. Also included is a starter pin for freehand routing operations.

Mounting your router to phenolic plates can be done by simply measuring
the hole pattern on your router base or by using an optional Plate Mounting Kit.
