SawTrain Floating Tables will adapt to any Jointech SawTrain. Floating Tables can be positioned anywhere along the length of the
rails for use as infeed or outfeed tables. This is useful when ripping long boards or making your own molding. Floating Tables can
be mounted on either end of the rails adding to the ripping capacity of the CabinetMakers System.

market, we did it again. We know that a lot of woodworkers are limited on space in their shop. So making a homemade outfeed table that
is permanently mounted to your table saw makes it even more difficult to get around in your shop and painstaking when it has to be removed.
Look no further for a solution because we have your answer - Floating Tables for SawTrain Systems!
Our floating tables will provide endless combinations to your SawTrain setup. Ripping a large sheet of plywood will no longer require the
help of your spouse or neighbor. Trimming down a long board is no longer hazardous because there is no one on the outfeed side of your table
saw to catch it when it clears the blade. Even routing oversized raised panel doors becomes much easier.
Floating tables are not limited to use on the infeed and outfeed, they can also be placed at either end of the saw! That means that you
can expand any table saw in an instant. A 4-foot SawTrain can be converted in seconds providing you with the luxuries of a big table saw.

SawTrain Floating Tables are made of special ordered commercial grade 1-1/8 Thick MDF. The MDF is laminated with melamine on both sides.
Two sizes are available with or without a router insert opening. Floating tables that are equipped with insert openings provide more
flexibility to the user. They can be used as an additional routing station for different operations, plus provide the convenience of an
infeed/outfeed table as well as an extension table on either end of your table saw.

Optional EXTENDER BARS are another major advantage that Jointech has introduced are the Optional Extender Bars. As shown in the
photo to the left, using the 32 extender bars (SEB-32) can dramatically increase the range of your floating table. Extender Bars are made of solid,
zinc-plated steel. The bars fit into a T-slot extruded in the bottom of the SawTrain rail. On each end of the bar is a clamping knob that locks
the bar into place. When not in use, the bars can be retracted and stored in the SawTrain rail until needed.

Floating Extension Tables are easy to mount into place. Steel Guide Pins (included) will insert into the mating rail and provides rigidity
to the extension table. Machined HDPE alignment pins serve in allowing the mating SawTrain rails to engage into perfect alignment which will
provide smooth transition of SawTrain Bridge as it passes the connection.

NEW LIVING HINGE
|
The NEW LIVING HINGE is the key to SawTrain Floating Tables. SawTrain rails have been designed with a T-slot on the face which runs the length of
the rail. The Living Hinge connects the Floating Tables in such a way that they can be used face to face with each other and fold down out of the
way when not in use. One Living Hinge is mounted in a floating table rail. When engaged with the front or back rail of the main saw table, it can
be positioned anywhere along the entire length of the rail. |
